Superior Flooring Company LLC has been in business since 2008. We have active crews with year-round work. We are currently hiring for our travel crews seeking Installers and Laborers. Travel is the biggest non-negotiable for this position. Employees should expect to be on the road 3 weeks a month with one off week. While on the road we typically are working 4 days per week. The remaining days will be used for travel/rest. A typical work day would be an overnight shift, typically 6-8 hours. The positions currently available are for our retail rubber installation teams. We demo and prep using scrapers and planetary grinders, so experience with these would be a plus. The rubber we install is a rolled good product. All applicants should be able to lift, carry, be on feet and knees for extended periods, and be able to follow directions and work with a team. Valid Drivers License and Drug and Background Screen Required.

What is the pay rate?

Starting pay varies based on exxperience. Standard starting pay is $20/hr

Do you hire man/wife or family teams ? Do you subcontract?

While we will consider all applicants individuallly, they cannot be placed on the same crew. No subcontracting. We are only seeking team members.

Will my background check or immigration status disqualify me?

All employees must be eligible to work in the USA.

Applicants will not be disqualified for prior offences as long as you are currently in good legal standing. (i.e. NO warrants) We will also work with probation/parole officers for travel documents but you must have permission to travel.
